Saya ingin mengatakn hilter air panas tiada,saya yang bawak baby ni susah,sabun sikit,kopi dan teh tiada cuma air mineral je ada,check in 2 hari tapi tiada kemas bilik,selalu pergi hotel lain diorng akan kemas sebab duduk 2 hari,paip pada singki tu dah nak patah,tapi yang saya paling tidak puas hati pasal hilter air panas,hotel selesa tapi kemudahan tu lemah,saya harap pihak hotel baiki semula apa kekurangan,sepatut nye tuala tu letak sekali dalm bilik,dan 1 lagi wifi tidak boleh digunakan,saya ni customer selalu datang c.in dekat sini,terima kaseh

The lobby had no air-conditioning, making it very uncomfortable, especially in the hot weather. The lift had a strong unpleasant odor, which made using it quite unpleasant. Unfortunately, the same issue extended to the walkway from lift to door room. Overall, the ventilation throughout the building was inadequate, contributing to a stuffy and unhygienic atmosphere.

Booking twin room but we've been told that the room was fully booked when arrived. Get a family room which is good to have that room for 2 nights with same amount as we paid before. But, the cleanness needs to be improved since the odd smell from toilet a bit disturbing. We are disturbed by late night chit chat from the corridor by the staff or others guests which is too loud. Overall, for short stay can be considered.

房間很小，衞生一般，廁所有異味然後還有蟑螂等蟲子。空調位置也不合理，被牆壁擋住了風向怎麼調否不管用的。電梯也不能用

They were extremely accommodating. The sevice was exceptional as well and close to other dining area which is a big plus. dont have to worry about where to eat

Nice budget hotel to stay.

It's a new budget hotel..but has problems with the elevator. All guests have to go up to their rooms on their own feet! Imagine if they have children or a lot of luggage and live upstairs. The doorknob is broken so I can't lock the door if I leave the room. AC to all rooms on the 1st floor also has problems. Anyway, the staff is ok. WiFi is good. Many restaurants nearby.
